South Forest

Adobe padded through the forest, swerving carefully around trees and bushes. The wind was blowing and it carried the faint scent of rain, "It might rain soon..." He muttered to himself.

((Don't know where else I can post... The only place fitting for her to be is the forest x3))

Drip. Drop. Drip. Drop.
The sound of water. The dripping torture. The sounds echo through your head, until you go mad. Drip drop. Drip drop. The water trickles quicklier. The soft dew still stuck on the trees forms the swimming tears, until the entire bush rustles as she moves her leg and gets washed with the rain that appeared last night. Gasping as the cold water enter her fur, she gets to her paws and shakes herself immediatly, brutally ripped out from her wonderful sleep.

Angelique is her name, and she doesn't seem to know from what direction she came. Tired, wet and scared the young fae pads through the forest that has been her home since that awful day many months ago. Alone in the entire world. Not a single dog to rely on, not a single one to trust. Her silent and small paws skips over the branches and leaves left on the ground, and she occasionally looks up at the great rain clouds that floats by. They're all like sponges, holding back their water for a long time before they release it all on the poor things that live on the ground. Her head being found in the clouds, she barely noticed what was coming ahead before she barely crashed into another stray. "Ooh, sorry sir." she muttered and looked up at the slightly larger doberman (Adobe), before she gathered herself again and continued padding through the forest on the endless path.

Adobe gasped in slight shock as another dog ran into him but then quickly settled down, "Ah, quite all right." His eyes followed the dog that seemingly came out of nowhere, "Where are you headed?" He called after her.

Hearing the slight reply he made, she barely continued walking until he called after her again. Stopping she sighed and closed her eyes painfully, a piece of her joyous and happy personality clearly missing. "I-I don't know. Nowhere, it seems." she said softly and glanced back to look at him. "Somewhere other than here, for sure." she said with a soft smile. Finally deciding, she figured she'd go explore the world. Her owner wasn't returning for her, so there wasn't any use waiting for him to reappear. With a sigh she dipped her head slightly before she turned and continued padding along the path.

Adobe nodded slowly, slightly confused. This dog was quite mysterious. He took a step towards her then stopped and called after her again, "Well... If you need any help with anything you know where to find me." With that he shook his head and turned to walk in the direction he was headed before he encountered her, figuring she wouldn't reply. He'd just now noticed the rain that was falling. Rain was one of the things that relaxed him the most, that is unless it was a huge storm.

Sighing Angelique continued, figuring she seemed like a total idiot to most hounds. Unsure of what to do next she continued walking until she reached the edge of the forest and saw the appartments she'd once lived in. Twin oaks appartments. Such a neat name for such a special and friendly place. she thought in silence and sat there for a while, just staring out over the towering buildings. The one area she'd been in the most besides the forest. They'd always padded through the forest at night, having a cozy stroll together. Now it was all ruined, and nobody would ever take her in again. At least that's what she thought.

Finally she heaved herself off the ground and with a look of depression on her face she continued padding along the path, entering the east forest on her path towards new territories to explore.

Adobe continued padding through the trees, occasionally sniffing the air to make sure he was going the right way. He soon spotted one of his temporary homes. This one was a hole dug by himself, he used moss as his bed and twigs for above cover. He sighed and crawled into his bed and stretched out, his eyes soon shut and before he knew it he was asleep.

(I think I'm going to go to bed as well, it's 5:17am here. x] )
